Four Corners of France: East Dinner
The culinary journey through France continues with our dinner series: Les Quatre Coins de France (The Four Corners of France).
Our second dinner, on April 28, will celebrate the distinct regional flavors of Alsace, in the eastern part of the country.
Eastern Region Dinner Menu:
Sautéed frogs’ legs, served with fresh spinach in a sauce of garlic, parsley, butter and white wine
Organic Chicken Ballantine à la Bière
A whole, deboned chicken stuffed with Cognac and herb-flavored ground veal and pork, cooked in beer and served with broccolini and Spätzle
Endive Salad with Blue Cheese and Walnuts
Fresh endive leaves sprinkled with blue cheese, walnuts, and a vinaigrette
Special dessert prepared by our very own French pastry chef
All dinners in the Four Corners Dinner Series will feature European-style courses and a carafe of select red or white wine from the featured region.
$49.95 per person, by reservation only
Seating begins at 5:45 p.m. and dinner is served at 6:00 p.m.
