Four Corners of France: North Dinner
Take your taste buds on a culinary journey with our dinner series: Les Quatre Coins de France (The Four Corners of France).
The first dinner, on March 24, will celebrate the distinct regional flavors of Hauts-de-France, in the northern part of the country.
North Dinner Menu:
Flamiche du Ruisseau
Creamy leek pie topped with seared walleye.
Slow-roasted winter root vegetables with your choice of local organic Berkshire pork or local grass-fed beef.
Salad du Nord
Greens tossed with mirabelle plums and French Maroilles and Muenster cheeses, dressed with a light vinaigrette.
Dessert de Printemps
A special dessert prepared by our very own French pastry chef.
All dinners in the Four Corners Dinner Series will feature European-style courses and a carafe of select red or white wine from the featured region.
$49.95 per person, by reservation only
Seating begins at 5:45 and dinner is served at 6:00 p.m.
